I applied online and then had a phone screen. Was invited to interview in person and met with two people. I wasn't selected but everyone was pleasant and they were courteous to let me know that I wasn't selected. Their website tells a lot about their benefits and company culture, but one of the people I interviewed with said that perhaps the website made the culture sound better than it is.
