Spoke with folks in the department and let them know I was interested in working for the organization. I then had a phone interview with the CEO who referred me to the director of consulting. I had two phone calls with her and then she set me up with members of her management team who in turn interviewed me. They had me take a skills test with specific regard to the software package. After that we negotiated salary and so forth and then I signed the offer letter.
