It was a great experience. As it was my first interview and the questions asked were also very generic that are asked in almost all the interview, such as introduce yourself, strengths and weakness, why should we hire you and many more.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
