Two rounds both were telephonic. This position was for remote assistance they were seeking someone who was Blackbelt qualified. The HR contacted me via Linkedin after seeing my profile asking me to send in my resume. I did and never heard back for a week and then I sent a mail to ask the status & was given an interview date. During the first round the HR was very good he was very impressed, he asked general questions about pervious work experience & projects I have successfully implemented, he then referred me to round 2 to someone in India who is the hiring manager & would interview for this position. The round was early morning to suit indian time, the person from India was extremely rude he was not listening to anything I said. He asked 2 questions explain me about your balck belt project & why did u change jobs often? The interview was over within 10 minutes. If you don't want to hire then why conduct an interview?
