It was standardized with a list of questions, not very personal. I feel the interviewer was rush into finishing the process instead discussing the details with me. Also, when I asked about benefit and possible promotion chances, the answer was not positive or encouraging.

Se me llamó para hacer una entrevista de 30 minutos dónde se me preguntó sobre como aprendí inglés, el sueldo que esperaba y el horario que estaba esperando, para después pasar com una mánager que me preguntó cosas como mis planes de estudios, como reaccionaria bajo presión o enojo, sobre mis hobbies, etc.
