3 stage process, test,video chat, mock call.
I have all the experience but I didn't get the job.
Video call was long and not worth it.
I aced the interview and the mock call which they give you a transcript for.. They don't give you much time to read it. As they only give you 15mins to read and catch every point.

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
