I was denied the offer at the time of onboarding and the reason they stated was that I'm not a graduate and I don't qualify for the job. From the starting, I had informed the HR that I'm an undergraduate with diploma to.which they said that diploma is considered a graduate. So I gave the interview. But then they said that there is some IT outage which they are facing and it will take some to time to share the offer letter and it took around 1.5 months to share the offer letter. After I accepted the offer and they took my acknowledgement on the offer letter. But later they said that they are revoking the offer but never sent any email stating that they revoked the offer. According to the emails that I have, it seems that I should have started working with the company but there is no contact ever since. I have tried contacting the HR but they are mot replying on any email I send them. On call they say that I will receive a call for other opportunities but it's been 10 days. In this tough time they wasted almost 2 months of my time. This is really disappointing. I shared my resume in the starting which states my qualifications then why would they align an interview if I don't match the conditions of the company.
