It was a walk-in interview scheduled for 11 am. I arrived 10 mins before 11am and handed in my resume and took a seat waiting for my turn to be interviewed. They kept announcing that the interview for the position of team leader will be taken after the interviewer arrives.. She never arrived and at around 1 pm my name is called and i am given a cell phone to speak with the interviewer. This is my first ever interview over the phone after being physically present in the company. It lasted less then 5mins.
