there was no HR to coordinate the interview. he kept doing so over the phone. the person who met me was looking for a manager and that too for night shifts, the HR had not even bothered to get this clarified.

3 interviews with 30' long, the first interviews showed already a discrepancy between Job Description and effective work, the JD appears as a very stategic role while the first interview show the need of a micromanager, after a huge rush in the interview process a Generic Bussines case with no usefull information for actions, just a high level issue. After 3 weeks I request an update and got and e-mail that I was included in the listing for further opportunities.
