The Process takes long because of their applicant registration that only one person handles that role, then after that an initial interview, talks about a breif informations such as personal information, qualifications, and the duties of the job, making sure that each details are accurate, then proceed to the testing room which I took longer than usual because of the assessment (SVar), I struggled here to focus because of the environment, the speed of the test and the tension between the AI and me, which I took 2 test and unfortunately, I failed

How do you know that we are hiring?
Are you willing to work at shifting schedules, graveyard shifts, holidays?
Can you cope up with the transportation considering that you live far away from our site?
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.

They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
