You will have an initial phone screening before a formal interview. The formal interview is with the COO and whatever associate is relevant to the position. It is a pretty basic IT interview with seemingly random generic questions ranging from topics like IT basics, networking, Linux, Windows servers, ect. The whole interview lasted maybe 45 minutes. You'll be given time to ask any questions you have about the company. Their Senior IT staff came across as annoyed that I asked any questions at all and made me answer most of the questions I asked for some reason. Don't expect any kind of feedback on the interview. You will likely be ghosted.
