I was Interviewed by the Account Manager regarding the specific job description and client expectations. He reviewed my resume with me and asked for additional details regarding the companies that I worked for before and the types of environments that I supported. He asked what types of difficult customers I could remember and the course of action I chose and the specific way I defused the difficult customer without the situation escalating.

He asked what Operating Systems I was familiar with, the depth of experience I had with migrations, what hardware I was familiar with as well the printers I have supported. I was questioned regarding my familiarity with, Active Directory, Lotus Notes, VPN, Smart Phones, Voip telephony and TCP/IP.
Typical analysis of daily duties and few questions. Type of software and responsibilities required to have extensive knowledge on. Hiring process was smooth and very quick, although ask for you what you want salary-wise because no raises were given during my 5 years there.
