HR phone screening followed by personal interview by regional manager.
HR had many questions relevant of poor employee management issues leading to replacement of ex manager. the regional manager had no questions on that subject and more on paperwork management and safety and compliance issues.
I clearly posed a threat to his job position and the interviewer tried to punch holes through my presentation.
I didn't expect a call back from this person, but got feedback from HR saying they were keeping me for higher positions in their organization.
