I was approached via LinkedIn about a Recruiter position at Comcentric Inc. The first interview went well, which included meeting with five different people; two in groups and a one-on-one. I was invited back for an interview with their CEO the next week and was told that I would hear back by the end of the week. Another week went by and I had still not heard back from anyone at the company, so I reached out to the only employee I had contact with through LinkedIn. I still never heard back from anyone at Comcentric. After driving up an hour each way for both interviews, contacting me with a rejection would have been the very LEAST someone could have done.

Interview process to about a week. Met with several people using MS Teams interview including one call with the owner. Spoke with management and peers to get my questions answered thoroughly so I had a good understanding of the position and what would be required.
