Entrevista
Initially HR/Recruiter contacts you, sets up an interview. There is always a technical person and an HR person at an interview. The atmosphere is pleasant. They try to go through real life situations. Afterwards, there is a personality test. Final interview after that. You get a formal offer by email with all details to confirm. When you confirm, a place is waiting for you after your notice period.
