Very straight forward. Two phone calls over a week with two different people in the company. Very personable during the interview. Both phone calls were around 30 minutes long.
It was an easy interview process. Everyone that works at Collabera is very nice and helpful. The office is also beautiful. The process took 4 rounds, screening, interview, in person, final zoom.

3 rounds: recruiter, account manager, final round in person with the whole team over lunch, tour of the office etc. Overall decent experience, but final round takes about 3 hours of your day
