This interview just made me feel icky and it's hard to put my finger on why. I had a couple of phone interviews with a recruiter, who was nice but you could tell he was fresh out of the frat house. I was then asked to come in for an in-person interview, which I drove up for on a Friday and it became pretty apparent when I walked in that they had not prepared for me at all, most likely just forgotten I was coming in. They spent 10 minutes just trying to find someone who could interview me, and I proceeded to talk to 2 different girls who mostly just talked to me about their boyfriends and how much the employees go out together. The entire time I felt like I had slipped through the cracks between the corporate recruitment process and the specific branch referral. I will say good communication from the corporate recruiter to prep me for the branch interview though, but would not recommend this interview process.
It was an easy interview process. Everyone that works at Collabera is very nice and helpful. The office is also beautiful. The process took 4 rounds, screening, interview, in person, final zoom.

Typical behavioral questions, why you want to be a recruiter.
3 rounds: recruiter, account manager, final round in person with the whole team over lunch, tour of the office etc. Overall decent experience, but final round takes about 3 hours of your day

Fairly easy process and the people within the company are very nice. Multiple rounds of phone calls and Zoom call with the office. The team just wants to make sure you are a good fit
