Solicité el puesto a través de la escuela superior o la universidad. El proceso duró 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Collabera (Denver, CO) en dic 2016
Entrevista
I applied through my school's website with a resume and cover letter. I was then put through a phone screening and asked in for an interview that same week. Pretty standard interview at first, but when I met with the sales manager I was asked to lead the interview by asking them questions rather than the other way around. This was odd because I was trying to learn about the position, but at the same time felt pressure from what I was asking. Overall did not get a very good idea of the company culture, which was something I asked about multiple times as it is important to me. Wasn't too disappointed when I didn't receive an offer as I didn't feel I clicked with the sales manger very well.
It was an easy interview process. Everyone that works at Collabera is very nice and helpful. The office is also beautiful. The process took 4 rounds, screening, interview, in person, final zoom.

Typical behavioral questions, why you want to be a recruiter.
3 rounds: recruiter, account manager, final round in person with the whole team over lunch, tour of the office etc. Overall decent experience, but final round takes about 3 hours of your day

Fairly easy process and the people within the company are very nice. Multiple rounds of phone calls and Zoom call with the office. The team just wants to make sure you are a good fit
