This is a waste of time of an "interview" if you can even call it that there is definitely some insider information being discussed in these interviews and I would assume that's how candidates are chosen but nonetheless its a total waste of time and apparently its done every thursday. What happens is you are told to attend an "interview" but in reality its a slideshow of how the company works and the description of the job you are applying for and the owner throws some dad jokes here and there. Essentially you are in a room with 10+ other people filling out an application and watching a slideshow, after the slideshow is over you are told to leave the application on the table and leave.
