Recently I've received a call from coforge hr team for a an opening in angular developer role roughly on march 5th. They mentioned first round would be a virtual one and the second technical round would be a attended in office. So first round was scheduled around march 8th and it was succeded again on 22nd march they gave me a call and stated that they are trying to reach me since soo long and finally today only call got connected and mentioned like to attend a final techno managerial round in office, so i visited office and attended that round on 25th march and feedback was not shared even with multiple follow ups. Later again on april 3rd they called and informed like hr team is on leave since soo long and they are planning to have a managerial round on april 4th so i attended this round again awaiting for feedback. Again on april 8th they called and asked to submit LOA for BGV in the careers portal to have hr discussion. Now It april 13th still there is no call back from them, which is very slow process

Interview is good, I have 3.7 years exp but I am unable to implement the first 2 questions remaining questions i answered well, however i got rejected , my suggestion is prepare concept along with coding and implementation of each and every concept example JWT implementation, retry mechanisms, singleton , threads etc..

Worst Interview Experience:
The interview was scheduled on Sunday, and trust me it was the worst interview experience I ever had in my entire career.
The interviewer joined 10min late, and asked to wait for 5 min so that he can check my resume full of background noise and he wasn't even interested in taking the interview.
Started with intro of myself and the rest of the interview whereever i said I had just less knowledge on the particular skill he used to ask more on it, which was kind of fine whole interview went in a similar way .
No clear questioning or clarity on what he wanted to ask and also explaintion of the questions weren't proper
I really felt like dropping the interview in middle, the interview was irritating.
