Interview process was start with telephonic interview then written test and f2f. Analytic based Written test in common for every years of experience at least till 10 years, not sure about on and above manager.
Finally after HR discussion get an offer..........

4 Round of Interviews in the same day from morning to night. Interview process is very slow and NIIT is not a good pay master. They took 1 month to get it finalized from the respective Heads
