Worst, these guys are pure scammers and illiterate. I would have given an interview for MLM company instead of these stupid guys.
First, they shortlist you, then they will tell you that there will be 2 tech rounds and 1 managerial.
1st day, they will schedule a tech round
2nd day, they will schedule 3 tech rounds back to back, with a gap of 2 hours, so my whole day went into struggles of preparing for the next and then again for the next.
All of my rounds went very well. Even the interviewers didn't have more questions to ask, as I was answering each of them.
After 4 tech rounds, where each interviewer was impressed, they will ghost you. When I asked them about the application, they said, that there are 2 more candidates who are expecting half of the salary as you are. I even asked the number the other candidates were expecting, and it was a salary someone with 6 months' experience would ask for.
Now the question arises,
1) Didn't these guys know the position they were hiring for?
2) Didn't these guys know the experience they were looking for?
3) Didn't these guys know the salary range for that in the market?
They wasted my whole 2 days, and that too in stress. Then on the 4th day, it is me who has to call them, to get the status.
On the same call, they said, they would let me know, even if I am not qualified. It's been 11 days since I had my last round, no call yet.
The negative interview reviews already present on Glassdoor for this company are very well framed. This is just a time-wasting company.
