The candidates are initially put to coding test. They are given random tasks; they’ve to accomplish
the task with their coding.
Candidates could also be given a pre-written coding, wherein they might have to think logically
and debug the code. A candidate with a sound knowledge of coding and excellent commence over
coding languages can complete this test successfully.
Interview is Casual. If you have done excellently well in the test, your interview process is very
simple and a walkthrough if you have good communication skills (Speak clearly, frankly).

The company follows a very good systematic hiring and interview process. The interview process is very smooth. Like other companies, they don’t let you wait for the whole day just for the first round of interview.
In the first round, the candidate is tested for his analytical and logical approach to solve a problem. Basically the skills of coding are put to test to a limit. The core and most important thing the company looking for in a candidate is that they should stronger in coding, and their logical approach to solve a problem.
Then the second round is a technical round, wherein again the nuances of coding and logical approach of the candidate is put to test on a real time basis on a live project.
Once, candidate is through with the first two rounds, then the final round is the HR round, where-in the candidate is tested for his confidentiality with some psychological questions.
