Their process is that there is no process at all!! The HR conducted the initial telephonic technical round by asking questions that she had on her screen. Second round was directly conducted by the CEO on Skype. The next day I received call from HR who gave me positive feedback about my interview and discussed about the salary, accommodation, requested documents and also sent feedback forms to the references I'd indicated. But, the offer letter was not released. After couple of follow-up's, I finally received a call after a week saying that the position was closed. Then again after few days, the HR called asking whether I was still interested as they couldn't fill the position.
