Started with a phone screen where they just gave some basic info about the role and company. Then a 1-hour video call. Moved on to the next round, and they were the worst interviewer I'd ever had the mispleasure of speaking with. They arrived 5 minutes late, were completely unprepared (had the wrong resume pulled up), and ended the interview early because "it was a really busy time and they had work to do". Needless to say, things did not progress from there.
