The interviewer missed the first interview. The 2nd phase interviewer did not turn on their camera. I was extended and accepted an offer contingent on a contract being won. They won it but communicated so poorly. There were over 3 times where they never returned my emails. It was an awful experience because they did not communicate or respond to me even after I accepted the offer.
