The first half of the interview session is a technical session and no material to read through so just Q&A. It is mainly about the commercial marketing and banking industry. The second half of the interview is commercial awareness which require candidates to read through material and pick one of the three articles that you are interested in and share your views on it. Each session takes around 30 minutes in a group of around 5 candidate setting. I did not prepare for it so I did not perform well. I would recommend those who are interested in should read more recent business news and do some basic research on the Citbank CMB background and the first stage should not be too difficult with enough preparation.
