1. Phone interview with HR (some basic motivational questions)
2. Test - Dimensions and Numerical Reasoning tests. It's advised to look through practice tests issued by Talent Q!
3. Face to face interview: There were two technical interviews 45 minutes each. They wanted to know how well I understand the mechanism of financial products (bonds, options, CDO, CDS, stocks, futures/forward)
4. Additional interview may occur with top management.
