The process was pretty much straight forward. They had to schedule two interviews as the interviewers cannot find a time that works for them. I would say the experience is neutral. Feedback is not overly detailed - typical of large companies.

Entrevista
First was a brief generic phone screening followed by a Micro Soft TEAMs interview with the Dept Lead or Manager. This TEAMs interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. The first phone screening lasted less than 10 minutes, they asked about 10 basic qualifying questions.
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter about two weeks later. The process was structured and professional, with clear communication throughout. After the initial screening, I had a series of interviews — a mix of behavioral and technical questions — with team members and hiring managers. Each interviewer seemed genuinely interested in understanding my skills and how I approached problem-solving.
Two stage interview with a combination of cv run through and competency based questions. Interviewers very accommodating and spoke well about their own personal experience at Citi, whilst also describing the team and job function.
