Had to pass psychometric assessments then had a call with HR then an analyst. Mostly competency based, eg tell me a time when you... so just brush up on those and current affairs as they will ask about an interesting news story.

Black Heritage Spring Insight Interview: consisted of very generic competency questions (tell me about a time you worked in a team, why Citi, why finance etc). The technical interview similarly was not very technical and was largely based on commercial awareness or repeats of the competency interview.
