Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Citi (New York, NY) en jun 2010
Entrevista
One of my friends referred my name to the hiring manager. However, the whole process has to go through HR. The initial interview was a phone screen, which was quite easy. Questions about my current job, my career path, why Citigroup, etc.
After that it took them about 10 days to get back to me for the second round of interviews on site. The technical interview was somewhat deep (C++/Java) and I met with 5 different people (roughly 30 to 40 min each). A week later, I went for drug testing. About 10 days after that, I got the offer.
3-4 interviews.
Study the topics in depth and the company in depth, practice a lot.
First with Human Resources, then some peers and then my boss.
Others can have another interview with the boss’s boss.

Worst interview process of my career. Received a sketchy, spam-like Karat assessment link without any initial HR screening; I literally had to message HR via LinkedIn just to verify its legitimacy. The actual interview was outsourced to Karat and designed purely to stress candidates, giving only 1 minute for intros and a rushed minute for Python MCQs. Post-interview, there was zero feedback. I had to beg HR for updates, as they lacked the basic decency to send even an automated rejection email. Completely unprofessional and unstructured.

Give an intro about you in 1 minute and just cut me off within 30 secs
Recruiter called me for position. 1st interview was scheduled shortly after. Interview was pretty standard no trick questions. Interview personal were very professional andd asked for the interview to be more of a conversation and not just one sided.
