An initial introduction interview with the team manager, asking you general questions about you and your experience, followed by a technical interview were you are doing a technical test in real time. Mostly questions about HTML, CSS and React. The main negative is that the process was extremely slow. Sometimes I had to chase 2-3 times to get feedback and schedule the next interview only for them to just suggest an interview time and explicitly say not to request a time change. In the end it took about three months and am still waiting for feedback on my last interview without them replying to any of my emails. My advice for them would be to be more responsive to the candidates and respond even if the feedback is negative. That would show that you respect the candidate's time and effort and project a good working culture at the same time. Its a pity for a company of this statue to have this bad interview process. Overall negative experience.
