Entrevista
Applied online for an IT position, then was called by recruiter to set up phone interview. Phone interview lasted 30 minutes and was detailed. Next was an interview with hiring manager. From initial contact to 1:1 interview was span of 3 weeks. If you make it past the hiring manager interview (1 hour), you will have at least 2 more interviews with team members and then the head of the department.

Talk to me about a project you were on that failed or did not meet expectations.
Had one call, asked high level technical questions for example on the yield curve, current news, and interest rates. The interviewer gave me no indication of whether I would move on to the next round or not or how I was doing during the interview.
three rounds not that hard. applied 10 days before contacted for an email questionaire, then 1st round panel interview with two people, two days later got an email calendar invite for a 2nd round interview in two business says.

After the Online Assessment , 1 tech interview then HR round and then offer roll out . prefer java for OA coding. 3 coding question did entirely based on java as java was preferable and got shorlisted
