There were 2 rounds of interviews and 1 online test. The first round asked some technical questions to see whether you are familiar with the programming. In the second round, they get to more detailed on how you do your programming, very very detailed indeed. There was also an interview with the HR in this second round. Those questions like your strength/weakness show up. An the online test includes numerical and verbal test.
