The process began with a standard HR screening focused on my background and interest in the firm. This was followed by a three-person panel interview that was quite rigorous, covering both technical financial concepts and behavioral questions. They focused heavily on my analytical skills and how I handle high-pressure deadlines in a team environment.
Had one call, asked high level technical questions for example on the yield curve, current news, and interest rates. The interviewer gave me no indication of whether I would move on to the next round or not or how I was doing during the interview.
three rounds not that hard. applied 10 days before contacted for an email questionaire, then 1st round panel interview with two people, two days later got an email calendar invite for a 2nd round interview in two business says.

After the Online Assessment , 1 tech interview then HR round and then offer roll out . prefer java for OA coding. 3 coding question did entirely based on java as java was preferable and got shorlisted
