The first step was a review by the Recruiter to assure that I really was a match for the position. Next I was told to prepare a presentation on how to apply HSE on a Major Capital Project. I developed the presentation and had PowerPoint slides and hard copies of the presentation available for the Panel Interview. I was questioner during and after the presentation.
