Overall good interview and very well prepared interviewer.
The interviewer was very well informed about the company, the different career paths, benefits, and other perks. The interview followed the typical behavioral interview format. There was good flow of information in both directions. The interviewer was focused on determining whether I was a match for the company and was also interested in finding out what were my major inclinations with respect to my career path.
The questions are primarily behavioral, with a little emphasis on technical skills if you’re entering for a higher up role. They have a list of questions by category (teamwork, handling conflict, etc.) that they will ask from.

Background check, drug screening, phone call with global HR asking basic questions and 45 minute interview with a 3 person panel of interviewers where 4-5 questions were asked. Whole process took a couple months.
