Entrevista
No interview process is present. They are just looking for someone who can work. At Chevron Stations they say they get a high volume of applicants, but in reality they get little to no one who applies. So, you have the advantage during the interview process. Use it to not have to work weekends by saying that you can't work weekends.
Management is always like yes, we got an applicant when they see anybody apply.
I got a call back like one day after I applied. They must've really needed someone to work.
Great process and great people to work with, highly recommend. The interview was smooth and the people were great help I would definitely work for them for the rest of my life and after

Entrevista
I recently completed an interview for the position of Customer Service Representative. The interview began with a short introduction and a warm welcome from the interviewer. I introduced myself by sharing my educational background and my previous experience working at Chevron Malaysia Limited under a 6-month contract in a similar role. The interviewer asked questions about how I handle customer inquiries, manage pressure, and deal with challenging situations. I explained how I communicate with customers clearly and professionally, how I stay calm when solving problems, and how I always aim to provide a good customer experience. I also highlighted my ability to manage customer data and maintain accuracy in record-keeping. Toward the end of the session, I was given the chance to ask questions about the role and the work environment. The interview ended positively, and I thanked the interviewer for the opportunity.

Pregunta 1
What are your strengths to accept you as a customer service?
The interview was fairly easy, for me the manager and I had a lot in common so we ended up getting off topic but she was nice and made it feel more like talking to a friend than a real interview but still asked interview questions.
