Be ready for a long interview process. I applied online and was interviewed three months later. The official offer came three weeks after the interview. I practiced the STAR method for weeks and it really helped out.

Scripted behavioral questions. Interview was 45 minutes and I was asked about eight questions.
The questions are primarily behavioral, with a little emphasis on technical skills if you’re entering for a higher up role. They have a list of questions by category (teamwork, handling conflict, etc.) that they will ask from.

Background check, drug screening, phone call with global HR asking basic questions and 45 minute interview with a 3 person panel of interviewers where 4-5 questions were asked. Whole process took a couple months.

Numerous rounds , very technical , had to fly to training centre for numerous interviews and also extensive medicals. They ask for a lot of life experience and company fit questions
