Friends with manager. Hired on spot. Stopped to get gas, manager asked if I wanted a job. Returned with my resume was hired on the spot. Talked about what hours I would work, what I would be doing. Told me to come in and start that next morning. Easy as pie.

Prepare thoroughly for straightforward questions, projecting professionalism and showcasing your strong work ethic. It's a manageable process that doesn't demand extensive preparation. You can prepare if you want but you will be fine
The interview is easy. Its just basically behavioral questions. I dont remember all the questions but its mostly about making sure you are able to work in that environment. I wouldnt worry too much.
