I was flown in to do a 4 person interview. The major stakeholders in the business units supported were there. The table was a circular table and the impression I got was that they wanted me to succeed in the interview. The people at the table definitely had different personalities and goals and so what may have been important to one may have had less importance to another and it was unknown who was the major influencer in the decision process.
