The interview process was easy. I had a small phone interview and 20 minutes after that I received a phone call to come in for an in-person, which I was able to go to that day. The owner is very blunt and straightforward. She also left several times throughout the interview which felt rude. She said that people come to the gallery to see her. I then received a phone call later that evening to see if I could come in and do a trial day. I came in before work for 3 days, working 4 hour shifts as my trial as they "didn't want to push off the hiring process" and wait till I could come in for one full day at the beginning of the next week. After my third day they asked for me to come in on that following Monday because the owner didn't get to work with me. That day I didn't get to work with her much and then was asked 5 minutes before I had to leave to pick a color mat for a painting as a test. (They do pay you for these days) The owner can be easy to get along with as long as you don't mess up in her eyes. Other employees seemed stressed in her presence. Overall the interview process is easy, but they do not care about your time at all. In those four short days, I don't think I could recommend the process or working there unless you can handle that treatment and someone not caring about your time or effort.
