In last one week time, 3 interviews conducted for me for the post of QA manager. 1st Interview by QA Manager about 45 minutes. She asked about my current experience and questions associated with QA manager role. After clearing this round, HR team asked me to attend one more technical round with another QA manager. That person conducted interview for 1 hour and 20 minutes. After clearing second round, HR team set up third round with delivery head with 2 days of weekend gap. On Monday 30th June, delivery head conducted third round of interview around 35 minutes. After that I was waiting for the feedback and next step, but HR was not responding with feedback. Yesterday I got call from HR saying that this position is currently on hold and customer want to fill this position internally. This had really surprised me. If requirement was not clear to HR team, then why they called me for interview and wasted my 5 days in interview and preparation. I request HR team to check requirements clearly with delivery head before setting up multiple rounds of interviews with candidates. Big disappointment with this company.
