Entrevista
First interview by phone which is more of a screening interview to ensure that you are qualified for the job that you have applied for. Following this they will invite you for an in-person interview to establish the suitability of a candidate. During this time you will talk about your experience and skills to the hiring manager. There may be a second interview should other staff members need to be involved. The successful candidate will be provided with an offer of employment.
