Had HR screening interview, and then a interview with manager and 2 developers, wasn't highly technical. From there, I was given a take home programming assignment that could be completed on my own time.

Questionaire not technical pre-interview. Phone screen then interview with team members. A few non technical team members did not want to be there, Appeared disturbed from the first second. Said team members will ask you irrelevant HR questions like how did x make you feel etc. Better technical team members will try to test your knowledge. Overall they ask you to rate yourself on a scale instead of test your ability. Be ready for lots of HR questions. There is no system design, no algorithms, no design patterns, no intricacies of the language. The focus will be your past work experience on a broad level.

They email you a link to a Cognitive/Aptitude/IQ test (CCAT) (and followed by a Personality test).
This is, in and off itself a good thing as Cognitive tests can't really be gamed, have decades of research behind them and are fairly quick. Generally, culturally though, a lot of people hate them - so it drags the ratings down - unfairly in my opinion.
They will ask you to record yourself taking the test to minimize cheating though. I think this is reasonable.
Unfortunately, I didn't progress in the position as they have a policy of not offering Visas (the recruiter should have known this and told me earlier!). Overall though, no hard feelings.
Pity they don't share the Cognitive test scores with you.
