They email you a link to a Cognitive/Aptitude/IQ test (CCAT) (and followed by a Personality test). This is, in and off itself a good thing as Cognitive tests can't really be gamed, have decades of research behind them and are fairly quick. Generally, culturally though, a lot of people hate them - so it drags the ratings down - unfairly in my opinion. They will ask you to record yourself taking the test to minimize cheating though. I think this is reasonable. Unfortunately, I didn't progress in the position as they have a policy of not offering Visas (the recruiter should have known this and told me earlier!). Overall though, no hard feelings. Pity they don't share the Cognitive test scores with you.
