I was requested my resume through linkedIn by a Caylent Recruiter, then proceeded to have a talk with the head of recruitment which then led me 3 interviews with two of them having live coding, then proceeded to get an offer.

Interview process was conducted in three rounds, first one being with HR, second one was direct with a director from data department and the last one was done with an engineer. First two were quite simple, they were interested on my previous experiences and talked a bunch about Caylent’s business. The last one went quite technical.
