I had a very negative experience interviewing with Casting Networks. I took the time to complete a total of 6 interviews with the company over the course of a month. I interviewed with the CEO, COO, VP, Director, and Recruiter. In my last interview I was told they wanted to speak to me one last time on Monday and they’d make a decision. Monday came and went, and waited a week to reach out and see if there had been any progress. I was told there were delays and I would hear back soon. It’s been a month since then and I haven’t heard anything. It boggles my mind that a company can ghost a candidate after they have invested the time and energy into 6 interviews; especially with the C-Level! I’ve since taken another job but based on this experience alone I wouldn’t work for casting networks. There is clearly no respect for people here.
