The phone screen was conduct in one week and interview on site was conducted the next. The pay rate on this position is extremely low and set in stone. They have a number of assessments you have to complete. For the keyboarding assessment, the keyboard was cheap and both it and the monitor sat at a 45 degree angle. Definitely not ergonomically correct! In addition, the paper assessments reminded me of something you would expect of the 60s. The recruiter did not spark any excitement about the job nor the company. Overall, it was a very "BLAH" experience.
