My experience with Capgemini was not good. Interview process was good but at the end HR refused to provide me the discussed offer. I cleared the interview and package was discussed with HR and they agreed with one condition that they will provide me less package as of now and 1 week before joining they will give me the discussed offer. I accepted that less amount offer letter, but when 15 days were remaining in my joining, they started saying to me that they are not getting Business Approval so they cannot provide me the package which was discussed in the beginning and also the HR left the organization who has discussed with you. At the end I rejected the offer and joined some other organization. It was a bad experience :(
